Restore Purchases in the App
Open the RetouchMe app on your device.
Go to “Settings” and tap “Restore Purchase.”
This will attempt to sync your credits or subscription from the App Store.
Check Your Apple ID
Make sure you’re signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.
Verify Payment Status
Log into your App Store account and check if the payment was completed. If the payment is still “Pending,” it might take time to process.
Note: Payments are processed by Apple. RetouchMe cannot manage payments directly. Resolving some issues may require contacting Apple Support.
