Managing appointments across multiple clinics or locations shouldn't mean downloading separate apps or getting confused during booking. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for clinic staff to help patients register additional accounts, switch between locations, and remove old accounts right within The Scheduling App.

The Clinic ID for any additional clinic or location the patient needs to add.
The patient's mobile device (Android or iOS) with The Scheduling App installed and logged in.
1. Registering an Additional Account
Patients can link additional clinics or practice locations to their existing app setup without logging out of their primary account.
Ask the patient to open The Scheduling App and tap the Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Account section and tap Register Another Account.
Have them enter the new practice's Clinic ID and click Continue.

To use an existing account: They will tap the "Login here" link at the top (next to "Already have an account?"), enter their existing credentials, and tap Login.
Enter the access token sent to your phone when prompted to complete linking the account.
2. Switching Between & Deleting Accounts
When a patient has registered two or more accounts, they can easily switch profiles or remove unused accounts.
Have them tap the switch icon (opposite horizontal arrows) next to "My Appointments" on the Schedule tab to open the Select account screen.
Tap the desired clinic account to switch views. The active clinic is highlighted and displays ACTIVE.
To remove an account, tap the red trash can icon on the clinic card and confirm.
Patients can also switch accounts directly from the Settings tab under the Account section by tapping Switch Account.
