📲 Call the Clinic from The Scheduling App
No need to search for your provider’s number. Follow these simple steps:
Open The Scheduling App.
Tap the “Clinic” button at the bottom of the screen.
Tap “Call Clinic.”
This will automatically place a phone call from the patient's mobile number to the clinic's main office line.
☑️ What to expect: The Phone app will open, and they can begin dialing the clinic number directly.
💬 Send a Message from The Scheduling App
There are two ways to send a message—both are quick and easy!
Option 1: Use the "Convos" Button
Tap the “Convos” button at the bottom of the screen.
On the Messages page, tap the message box at the bottom.
Type your message, then tap the arrow icon to send!
Option 2: Use the "Clinic" Button
Tap the “Clinic” button at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Message Clinic” from the options shown.
Patients will be brought to the same Messages page where they can type and send their message.
💡 Tip: Messages sent this way go directly to the office and can be seen by the front desk.
