Prerequisites/You'll Need
An active ALOHA account.
Your Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn business pages already connected under Integrations.
โ How to Set Up/Adjust Automatic Posting
If you want ALOHA to keep your social media active without you lifting a finger, follow these steps:
Navigate to Feedback Settings. In your ALOHA account, go to FEEDBACK > Post Reviews.
Find Social Media Settings. Scroll down until you see the section for Social Media Settings you want to adjust.
Set Your Frequency. Decide which days you want ALOHA to post.
Set Your Auto-Post Limit. Tell ALOHA how far back to look for reviews. If you don't have a brand-new review, the system will look for an unposted one within your chosen timeframe (e.g. 2 weeks, 1 month, etc).
Choose Your Minimum Rating. Use the dropdown menu to select the minimum star rating you want to share (we usually recommend 4 or 5 stars).
Customize Your Review Caption. You can customize the text that will appear above every auto-posted review. Use replacement strings to auto-fill specific information related to the reviewer or review.
Save Your Changes. Click the blue Save Settings button at the bottom of the page to start the automation!

โ How to Manually Post a Specific Review
Sometimes you get a review so good you just can't wait! Here is how to post it immediately:
Go to the Post Reviews Page. In your ALOHA account, navigate to FEEDBACK > Post Reviews.
Select Your Review. Use the Choose a Review dropdown menu to find the specific 5-star experience you want to highlight.
Preview the Post. ALOHA will show you exactly how the review will look on social media.
Click Post. Choose the button for the platform you want (Post to Facebook, Post to Instagram, or Post to LinkedIn).

Can I edit the review text or the background image before I post it? | No. To maintain authenticity and compliance, the review text and the associated background image cannot be altered. The system posts the review exactly as the patient wrote it. | The only option is to post the review as-is. This feature allows you to choose which authentic review to share. |
