β Replying to Reviews in 3 Easy Steps
Navigate to your main Dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom to find the Online Reviews section.
Find the review and click REPLY.
What to expect: A text box will appear. Type your response directly into this box. When you're finished, click the submit button. Your reply will be posted publicly on the corresponding platform (Google or Facebook) under the original review.
