To change where you get notified for an appointment scheduled online, head to the SCHEDULING>SHOW TEMPLATES page. From there you will see a list of different notifications: some that are internal and only get sent to the office, and some that are external upon a patient attempting to book an appointment.
You can add multiple emails here separated by a comma and space if you'd like notifications to be sent to more than one email. (Ex: DrA@aloha.com, DrB@aloha.com, DrC@aloha.com) After you've added the emails click "SAVE".
You can also add a phone number to some templates to receive SMS notifications. A good tip is to add the office number; This way a specific notification will be sent directly into the CONVERSATIONS section.
