✅ Set Up Custom Scheduling Notifications 🔔
Go to Scheduling > Show Templates
This is where you manage your scheduling messages.Choose a “Scheduling Notification” (SMS or email)
Click “Copy” to create your own version.
This lets you keep the original and customize your version.
Edit the new notification
Rename it to something clear like “Adjustment Booking Alert”
Update the subject line, message content, and add recipients (email or phone).
You can include multiple team members!
Go to Scheduling > Settings and select “Edit Appt Type Schedules”
This connects your custom notification to the right appointment.
Select the appointment type(s)
Choose the appointment type(s) you want to track (e.g., Consult, Adjustment).
Assign your new notification from the dropdown
Then click “Save Schedule” to lock in your changes.
