Be notified instantly when a specific type of appointment is booked
Receive alerts by email, text, or both
Assign different notifications to different appointment types

ā Set Up Custom Scheduling Notifications š
Go to Scheduling > Show Templates
This is where you manage your scheduling messages.Choose a āScheduling Notificationā (SMS or email)
Click āCopyā to create your own version.
This lets you keep the original and customize your version.
Edit the new notification
Go to Scheduling > Settings and select āEdit Appt Type Schedulesā
This connects your custom notification to the right appointment.
Select the appointment type(s)
Choose the appointment type(s) you want to track (e.g., Consult, Adjustment).
Assign your new notification from the dropdown
