Want to send out a campaign to your patients but, you're not sure which one is right for the job? You've come to the right place! Below, we have listed the various types of campaigns Aloha has to offer.

Automated Campaigns

  • Appointment: These campaigns are triggered when the designated appointment type (e.g. New Patient Appointment) is scheduled.

  • Event: These campaigns run relative to the date of an event and can be triggered manually or automatically when a contact texts in the designated keyword (e.g. “weight loss”) established to start the campaign.

  • Missed Appointment: These campaigns are triggered when the associated appointment type has an appointment status of  “MISSED” or similar.

  • Reactivation: These campaigns are triggered based on how long a patient has been inactive for and will send a message to the patient to schedule a time for care.

  • Tag Applied: These campaigns are triggered when a specific tag is applied to a contact.

  • Manual Campaigns: These campaigns are triggered when applied manually to a contact via their Contact Settings page (see instructions below) OR get added via CSV File. Alternatively, like Event Type campaigns, Manual campaigns can be triggered when a patient texts the designated keyword established to start the campaign.

  • Scheduling Lead: These campaigns are triggered when a potential patient inputs their information into the online scheduler but does not schedule an appointment time.
