Need to send a campaign out to a specific list of patients but, don't want to add them in individually? You can add contacts into an automated or manual campaign, in bulk, by generating a report from your Electronic Health Record (EHR) software with the full list of contacts you wish to bulk add to an enabled campaign.
You will want to include some or all of the following data in your report:
CONTACT FIRST NAME
CONTACT LAST NAME
CONTACT PHONE
CONTACT EMAIL
Go to the CONTACTS tab > IMPORT CSV page
Then apply the action: Start a Campaign
In the Campaigns dropdown menu that populates, select the desired campaign
And then click Pick CSV File
