🚀 How to Start a Campaign Based on a Tag
Go to Campaigns > Show Campaigns
Click +Add Campaign
Under Type, select: Tag Applied
Click Add Campaign
Under Tag, select from existing tags or click -add a tag- to create a new one
Click Save Campaign
✅ Once created, the campaign will automatically start when that tag is applied to a contact.
🔁 How to Add a Tag in an Existing Campaign Step
You can add a tag as part of a campaign step. For example:
At the end of a New Patient Campaign, you might add the tag Existing Patients so they can be grouped into your long-term communication.
💬 How to Send a Bulk Message Using Tags
Go to Contacts > Send Bulk Message
Choose Text/SMS, Email, or both
Under Recipient Criteria, select the tag you want to message
Type your message or choose a Saved Reply
Click Preview
Scroll to review the full list of patients who will receive the message
Choose:
Send Now (immediate delivery)
Send Later (schedule for a specific time/date)
⚠️ Bulk messages only go to the contacts under the selected tag.
