🤖 Using Saved Messages in the Auto-Attendant

If you want Aloha to auto-reply when you're away:

  1. Go to the Auto-Attendant settings

  2. Turn the Auto-Attendant ON

  3. In the dropdown menu, select your “Out of Office” Saved Message

    • This message will auto-send to anyone who texts in while you're unavailable.

  4. When you're back in the office, remember to turn Auto-Attendant OFF

This is perfect for holidays, vacations, or lunch breaks—anytime you want to keep patients informed.


💬 Using a Saved Message in Conversations

To quickly send a reply from a saved template:

  1. Go to Contacts > Conversations

  2. Open the patient’s chat

  3. Click the pencil icon ✏️ to the left of the message box

  4. A list of your Saved Messages will appear

  5. Click the one you want to use

    • It will instantly fill into the message field—ready to send!

This helps you send consistent responses without typing them out every time.


📢 Using a Saved Message in a Bulk Message

If you want to send a message to multiple patients at once:

  1. Go to Contacts > Send Bulk Message

  2. Click the dropdown menu under “Message”

  3. Choose a Saved Message from the list

  4. Select your recipients and hit Send

💡 Pro tip: This is great for updates like weather closures, event invites, or last-minute reminders.
