Using Saved Replies through out the Aloha platform

There are a couple great ways to use Saved Messages!

One of the ways is to use a Saved Message for the Auto Attendant feature.  An example would be, if you have created an "Out Of Office" Saved Message, you can turn ON the Auto Attendant feature and select your "Out of Office" Saved Message from the dropdown menu.  This will send your "Out Of Office" message to any patients that text in to your office when your Auto-Attendant is turned on (Make sure to turn this off when you are back in office).

Another way to use the Saved Message that you have created is down by the New Message bar.  There is a button on the left of the New Message bar that is a Pencil symbol. If you click this, all of your created Saved Messages will appear in a list. You can select whatever Saved Message you would like to use and it will automatically add that Saved Message to the New Message bar.  

You will also see a drop down menu on the CONTACTS tab > SEND BULK MESSAGE page. This will be helpful if you need to send the same message more than once, like an office closure.
