🤖 Using Saved Messages in the Auto-Attendant
If you want Aloha to auto-reply when you're away:
Go to the Auto-Attendant settings
Turn the Auto-Attendant ON
In the dropdown menu, select your “Out of Office” Saved Message
This message will auto-send to anyone who texts in while you're unavailable.
When you're back in the office, remember to turn Auto-Attendant OFF
This is perfect for holidays, vacations, or lunch breaks—anytime you want to keep patients informed.
💬 Using a Saved Message in Conversations
To quickly send a reply from a saved template:
Go to Contacts > Conversations
Open the patient’s chat
Click the pencil icon ✏️ to the left of the message box
A list of your Saved Messages will appear
Click the one you want to use
This helps you send consistent responses without typing them out every time.
📢 Using a Saved Message in a Bulk Message
If you want to send a message to multiple patients at once:
Go to Contacts > Send Bulk Message
Click the dropdown menu under “Message”
Choose a Saved Message from the list
Select your recipients and hit Send
