✨ When You Need This Guide

If your inbox is full or you're trying to track down a specific message from a patient, this guide will help you filter and organize messages directly from your Aloha mobile app.

Use this guide if you’ve ever asked:

  • “How do I find a conversation in the Aloha App?”

  • “Can I search by date or number?”

  • “Where do I find archived conversations?”

  • “How do I archive a message?”

  • “Why is my inbox so full?”


🔍 How to Filter Conversations in the Aloha App

When your message list gets long, use these tools to find what you need fast.

  1. Open the “Convos” page
    This shows your active conversations.

  2. Use the search bar at the top
    Type in a patient’s name, number, or keywords.

  3. Tap the magnifying glass icon 🔍
    This lets you toggle between search types:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Date

    • Message content

  4. Use the person icon 👤
    Tap it to switch views between different users (if applicable).
    Helpful if multiple providers are using the same app!

What to expect: Search results will instantly narrow your conversation list based on your filters.


📦 How to Archive a Conversation

Archiving helps declutter your inbox by moving old or resolved conversations out of the main view—but don’t worry, they’re still saved!

  1. Go to the “Convos” page
    Find the conversation you want to archive.

  2. Search or scroll to locate the patient
    Use the search bar or browse manually.

  3. Tap the conversation to open it

  4. Click the archive icon (📦 box) in the top right corner
    The conversation will be instantly archived.

What to expect: The chat disappears from your active list but remains saved and searchable.


🔁 How to Access Archived Conversations

Need to revisit a message you previously archived? It’s simple!

  1. Go back to the “Convos” page

  2. Use the search bar to type in the patient’s name

  3. Tap their name in the results
    The full message history—including archived conversations—will open right up.

  • You can quickly filter by patient, number, or date

  • Your inbox feels clean and manageable

  • Archived messages no longer clutter your main list

  • You can retrieve any past message using search
