If patients prefer, they can send messages through The Scheduling App instead of texting the office from their inbox directly!
How to Text from The Scheduling App
Option 1:
1. To send the office a message they would need to select the "Convos" button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Once on the Messages page click on the Message Box at the bottom of the screen
3. Type out the message and click the arrow to send!
Option 2:
The patient can also click on the "Clinic" button which will have an option on the page to Message the clinic.
2. This will bring you to the Messages page as well.
