✅ Set Notification Recipients for Online Scheduling
Go to the SCHEDULING tab
Click on SHOW TEMPLATES
This will open your list of notification templates.Choose the template you want to update:
Some templates are internal, which only notify the office
Others are external, sent to patients when they schedule
Add or update the email addresses:
To notify multiple people, separate emails with a comma and space
Click SAVE when you’re done!
📱 Add SMS Notifications (Optional)
If the template allows, you can also add a phone number for text notifications
Pro Tip: Use your office number so these messages flow into your CONVERSATIONS tab for easy tracking
Don’t forget to click SAVE after entering the number
