Reactivations are a quick and easy way to reach out to your inactive patients and get them back into care!

You can set up automated reactivations HERE, but if you would like to view who qualifies for a reactivation or select a specific date range, you can send a custom reactivation by following the steps below:

First, go to Contacts>Send Bulk Message

โ€‹

From there you will:

  1. Select if you want to send an SMS (text), email, or both

  2. Click the drop-down next to "Recipient Criteria" and select Reactivations

  3. Choose the date range you want to capture

  4. You can also filter by a specific provider or appointment type under "Additional Criteria". This is optional

  5. Create the message that you would like to send in the SMS Message or Email Message

  6. Select "Preview" to update the list of patients

  7. Select "Send Now" or "Send Later" depending on when you would like the Reactivation to be sent

*The "X" button to the far right will remove that patient from ever getting a reactivation (this action can not be undone)
