If you would like to see a list of patients who have opted out of communication, you will need to go to CONTACTS > SHOW CONTACTS > Select either “Email Opted-out” or “Phone Opted-out” or both under the Opt-outs drop-down menu on the top right.
Depending on what option you select, it will only display the contacts that fit that filter.
