The Practice Manager is designed to be the front desk's best friend! 👯‍♀️ This will be the first thing you see when you log into Clerk!

Here, you will access to an overview of all Appointments, Expiring Careplans, Subscriptions Renewals, Patient Alerts, Tasks assigned, and your product Inventory, as well as Adding an Appointment and Adding a Patient in the upper righthand corner!

PSST!✨Want to learn more about about the tabs you see on the Practice Manager? We got you - CLICK HERE!

Today's Snapshot breaks down the day's Appointment Statuses by number of how many patients are Not Confirmed, Confirmed, No Show, Completed, Rescheduled, and Cancelled. You may see the layout by Room (who is in what room, at what time) by clicking View Room Schedule at the bottom:

The Today's Appointments column is an easy place to view upcoming appointments for the day that have not been checked in yet. Once checked in, they will move to the Checked In column, this way you will get a visual breakdown of the appointments as the patients move through to Check Out!

PSST!✨ You can CLICK HERE to learn how to check a patient in, CLICK HERE to learn how to mark a patient In Treatment, and CLICK HERE to learn more about how to check a patient out!

The Patient In Office option is a great way to note when a patient is in the office, but not quite ready to be seen yet. If selected, there will be an Icon will appear next to their name, as seen below:

Note:✨ If you're using Aloha (formerly Review Wave), the Patient In Office option will keep your patients from receiving messages from the Missed Appointment Campaign feature in Review Wave!*

*To learn more about the Missed Appointment Campaign, you can reach out to Aloha by calling 800-563-0469 or email them at Support@ReviewWave.com!
