Pipeline Intent Data Tracking Set-Up
Follow these steps to set up and track intent data in your pipeline.
Note: For Pipeline Intent Data to populate you need to complete the Intent Data Integration
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Head to the Pipelines section in your system.
Step 2: Click on the Intent tab to begin setup.
Step 3: Select Add Segment to create a new segment for tracking intent data.
Step 4: Enter the Segment Name to identify this new segment.
Step 5: Add Conditions that define which leads or companies will be included in this segment.
Step 6: (Optional) You can add Multiple Conditions to refine your segment further.
Step 7: Click Save to create and store your segment.
Step 8: Click on the Segment you just created to access its details.
Step 9: You can apply filters based on your preferences for your segments.
Step 10: Click on the Expand Icon to view more details about the segment.
Step 11: Track the Activity of companies within this segment.
Step 12: Review the Segments to get an overview of your pipeline intent data.
Step 13: Check where each lead is currently located in your CRM to assess their status.
By completing these steps, you’ll successfully set up and monitor pipeline intent data, allowing for better insight into lead behavior and engagement.
