Your Subscription Details on Rewaa

Rewaa platform allows you to view your subscription details and invoices anytime, helping you track your current plan, renewal dates, added products, available features, and more.

Subscription Details

To access your subscription details:

  • Go to Settings > My Subscription.

You will find the following details:

  • Current Plan: The subscription package you're currently using.

  • Next Invoice Issue Date: The subscription renewal date.

  • Products: The total number of products added and the remaining capacity according to your plan.

Add-Ons:

  • Available Locations: Locations included in your subscription but not yet added to the platform.

  • Used Locations: Locations already added and in use.

ℹ️ Each subscription plan includes one location. To add another location and pay the fee, click on Add Locations.

Applications:

  • Apps that can be installed based on your subscription plan.


FAQs

1. Can I view and print my subscription invoices?
Yes, click on Billing History, where all your invoices will be displayed. Select an invoice and click the (🖨️) icon to print.

2. Can I upgrade my subscription plan from the subscription details page?

  • Yes, click on Upgrade Plan and follow the steps.

3. How can I check the number of added and remaining products?
The number of products added and remaining is displayed below the progress bar. As you add more products, the bar will gradually fill until reaching the limit specified in your plan.

4. Can I restrict user access to subscription details?
Yes, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️> Edit User.

  • Scroll down to Settings and click the left arrow to expand the permissions list.

  • Disable Subscription Permissions (Read, Update).

  • Click Save Custom User to apply the changes. The user will no longer have access to subscription details.
