After registering on the Rewaa platform, it is important to add your business information and configure the platform settings before adding any products or starting work. This ensures compliance with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority, allowing your business operations to run smoothly and legally.

Adding Business Information and Configuring Settings

1. Go to Settings from the main menu options.

2. Add the required information in the following sections from the top menu:

  • Company Overview

  • Users

  • Locations

  • Taxes

  • Configuration

  • Payment methods

  • Custom Fields

3. After completing the setup, proceed to Products and Inventory > Products to start uploading your products.

1. How does configuring settings help in managing my business?

Configuring settings allows you to add essential information, which will reflect across various areas, such as products, inventory, point of sale (POS), taxes, and more.

2. Can I edit the data after saving it?

Yes, you can edit some data after saving it. However, the following cannot be changed:

  • The main account email. To change it, contact technical support for requirements and procedures.

  • The email of a user account or deleting a user from the platform. More details here.

  • Deleting locations permanently from the platform. More details here.

  • Deleting or modifying payment methods and their categories. More details here.

3. What does "Locations" refer to?

Locations include branches and warehouses. By default, one Location is created upon registration. To add additional Locations, contact us via WhatsApp or live chat from the platform. Your request will be forwarded to the sales department, and a sales representative will reach out to clarify the fees for adding Locations.

4. Can I hide the main settings and subscription details from all users?

Yes, this can be managed by setting user permissions.

5. How can I view the details of my subscription plan?

Go to Settings > My Subscription, and you will see all the details.

6. How can I get my subscription invoice?

To access your subscription invoice:

  • Go to Settings > My Subscription > Invoice History.

  • All your invoices will be displayed. Click the print icon to view and print the invoice.
