Through reports, you can monitor your business performance and track details of various operations such as sales, supplier purchases, financial transactions, and more. Rewaa offers a variety of reports that help you access the necessary data and details. Additionally, you can easily sort the required data in ascending or descending order as needed. For example, in the "Sales by Product" report, you can identify the best-selling or least-selling products within a specific period, aiding in making informed decisions about reordering products from suppliers.
Steps to Sort Data
Access the Report:
Go to Reports.
Click on the report you need to view its details.
Sorting Columns:
In each column, you will find a small arrow (^) next to the column title.
Click on the arrow:
Ascending Order: If the arrow points upwards, data will be sorted from the smallest to the largest value (e.g., lowest sales to highest).
Descending Order: If the arrow points downward, data will be sorted from the largest to the smallest value (e.g., highest sales to lowest).
FAQs
1. Can I identify the best-selling products or other data for a specific period?
Yes, you can. Use the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields to specify the desired time range, then sort the data accordingly.
ℹ️ You can further filter search results using the available fields at the top of the report data.
2. Can I save the column sorting (e.g., descending) so it remains fixed every time I open the report?
Sorting data (ascending or descending) must be done each time you access the report. It cannot be saved as a default setting.
3. If I sort the data in ascending order, will it remain sorted when exporting the report to Excel?
Data sorting within an Excel file must be performed manually after exporting. The exported data will not retain the sorting applied within the platform.
