1. Add the supplier

  1. Go to Suppliers.

  2. Click + Add Supplier (top right).

  3. Fill in Name, Lead time, Currency (and currency symbol).

  4. (Optional) Add Fixed Shipping Cost (per order) and Free Shipping Threshold.

  5. Expand Address to add contact + address details if you want them to flow onto POs.

  6. Click Create Supplier.

You’ll now see the supplier listed in the Suppliers table.

2. Make sure your supplier assignment style fits

If you plan to assign SKUs to different vendors, confirm you’re using SKU-specific supplier settings:

Settings → Supplier Settings → Edit → SKU-specific → Save Changes.

(If you use Single supplier or Location-specific, Rewize follows those rules instead.)

3. Assign products (SKUs) to the supplier

  1. Go to Suppliers and click View on the supplier.

  2. Deselect the filter "Filter on current supplier"

  3. Search/select SKUs in the SKUs table.

  4. Use the toolbar to Assign (or unassign) SKUs, and optionally set MOQ, Batch size, and Price tiers.

  5. Click Save.

4. Set pricing & order requirements (recommended)

Still on the Supplier page (or via the product’s Edit order details):

  • MOQ – minimum you must buy.

  • Batch size – units per case/box.

  • Price tiers – quantity break pricing (enter quantity + unit price, then Done).

5. Need to bulk-load many SKUs?

Contact us in the in-app chat, or send a supplier–SKU CSV to the Rewize team at info@getrewize.com. We’ll import it for you.

Tip: Watch your Home dashboard

If the Health labels total doesn’t match total SKUs, some products are not assigned to a supplier (no lead time). Assign them to fix planning accuracy.
