What health labels do
Rewize tags each SKU (Out of stock, Overdue, At risk, Reorder, Healthy, Overstock) so you can triage what to buy. These labels power the Home dashboard counts and top-bar filters in Products.
Where to customize
Go to Settings → Health status (within Settings & configuration). Click Edit to change the thresholds that drive each label (days or lead time). Remember to Save.
Default logic (you can change it)
Overstock = inventory covers >5× lead-time days before the order date.
Reorder = 7 days before order date.
At risk = 3 days before order date.
Overdue = 3 days after order date.
Out of stock = on-hand = 0.
Healthy = everything between Reorder and Overstock (no alert).
Adjust these numbers to fit your buying cadence or review cycle.
ABC-based overrides (optional)
In the same Settings panel you can force one (or more) ABC classes to always show a chosen health label, for example, mark all A items as Reorder sooner than others. Use this to tighten control on critical SKUs.
Save & review results
After saving, refresh Home and Products to see updated counts. Filters and dashboards recalculates using the new logic.
Troubleshooting
If dashboard totals don’t match your SKU count, some products may lack a supplier / lead time and therefore can’t be labelled. Assign suppliers first. (See How do I set supplier requirements?)
Tips
• Start conservative: tighten Reorder days only for high-value SKUs.
• Revisit settings seasonally, peak periods may need longer coverage.
• Use labels with filters (e.g., Reorder + ABC A) to build focused PO lists fast.
