Order flexibility depends on your order's status. The sooner you contact us, the more options are available—within 24 hours you can make changes or cancel with full refunds (minus production costs).

  • In production/printing: Limited changes available – contact us immediately

  • Ready to ship: Changes are typically not possible

  • Already shipped: Not eligible for modification

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund (minus any custom work already in progress)

  • 24-72 hours: Partial refund may be available

  • After 72 hours: Cancellation fees may apply
