Sometimes an item may become unavailable after you've placed your order, for example during a big sale or when a product is being restocked.
Here's what we do
We'll email you as soon as we know, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
You'll get three options:
Wait for the item to come back in stock (we'll give you an estimated date).
Swap to a similar item at the same price (or we'll adjust the difference).
Cancel the out-of-stock item for a full refund.
The rest of your order
If other items in your order are in stock, we'll ship them as planned. The out-of-stock item will be handled separately based on your choice.
Refund timing
If you choose a refund, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and returned to your original payment method.
⏰ Important: We notify you quickly. Respond to our email within 48 hours to ensure your preference is processed without delay.
