Product warranty by category
Reyrr Athletics offers manufacturer warranty on select products. Coverage varies by category:
Protective equipment: 1–2 year manufacturer defect warranty
Electronics and accessories: 1 year manufacturer defect warranty
Apparel: Coverage for manufacturing defects only (stitching, seams, materials)
Shoes: 6-month warranty on sole and construction defects
Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage from improper care or storage. Cosmetic damage (fading, minor discoloration) is also not covered.
Statutory consumer rights
In addition to our warranty, you have consumer protection rights under EU/EEA law:
The right to a refund if goods are not of satisfactory quality
The right to repair or replacement if items are defective
💡 Tip: Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to our warranty — you don't have to choose one or the other. You get both protections.
How to file a warranty or defect claim
Gather your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Take clear photos of the defect from multiple angles
Contact us at info@reyrr.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue
We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days
What happens next
After reviewing your claim, we may:
Repair the item at no cost
Replace the item with a new one
Issue a full refund or store credit
If approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the defective item back. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your replacement or refund.
⏰ Time-Sensitive: File your warranty claim within the warranty period. Include the date you purchased and the date you first noticed the defect.
