When reviewing Job Ready Candidates, you can search, sort, and filter candidates and review their resumes. Once you have reviewed the resume and found they are a good fit for a posted position, you can invite the candidate to apply for your job - essentially being able to seamlessly recruit from RiseKit's Job Ready or Interested candidate pool. Inviting the candidate to apply provides a way to do proactive outreach and recruiting.

Before you invite candidates to apply you will want to review their resumes! Learn how to How to Review All Job Ready Candidates or How to Review Interested Candidates by clicking the links.
