If you ever need to rename your PHA project, change the risk mappings, hide/unhide columns, or anything else for your PHA preferences, then you can find it under Settings!

Figure 1. Settings Page

To access the Settings Page, click on the "Settings" button in the left side main menu. As shown in Figure 1, the Settings Page has several tabs at the top of the page:

  • Information: This is where you can edit project information such as name, facility, facility unit type, and PHA dates. These are saved automatically.

  • Mappings: This is where you can add, edit, or delete Cause Categories (such as Human Failure, Equipment Failure), Consequence Receptors (such as H&S, FIN), and Protection Layer Categories (such as BPCS, MEC).

  • Risk Matrix: As the name suggests, this is where you can edit your Risk Matrix for the current PHA.

  • Automation: Turn on desired automated tools to help you build or edit the PHA more efficiently.

  • Properties: This is where you can find a list of the data columns in the PHA, and where you can hide or unhide columns to your viewing preference. Note that this change will be reflected for all users for the current PHA.

  • Analytics Report: If you have signed up for Risk Alive PHA Analytics, this is where you can set up an Analytics Report. Type in the desired report name and turn on appropriate report modules. Remember to publish the report so that it will show up on the Analytics Dashboard.

Figure 2. Automation Page - Simplified View

Risk Alive has built a variety of automatic tools which can increase the efficiency of a PHA session or assist with resolving validation warnings. These tools may be confusing or overwhelming, so we have presented you with a choice. Choose an option in Figure 2 that best describes your PHA, and we will turn on the appropriate tools according to your needs. Alternatively, if you would like to learn more or have more freedom of control over the tools, click on the bottom link in Figure 2 to proceed to Figure 3.

Figure 3. Automation Page - Detailed View

This screen will explain the functions of the automatic tools. Turn on or turn off tools or interest, or go back to the Simple View. Whatever you choose here can always be edited in the future should you change your mind.
