During a PHA Session, a team may have action items that they do not want to associate with PHA Recommendations. For this type of action, there are Parking Lot Items. This article will review how you can access, document, and export your Parking Lot Items.

At the top-right of a LivePHA Project, you will see a "P" Icon, that is for Parking Lots.

Click on the icon to open the Parking Lot Drawer. Having the Parking Lot as a drawer will allow users to easily add items to the Parking Lot during a session without having to jump to a separate tab.

To add a Parking Lot Item, click the "+" Icon. Then you will be able to add your Parking Lot item description.

Once a Parking Lot Item is added, you will be able to assign a Responsibility and Drawings associated with your Parking Lot Item.

Parking Lot Items can be edited or deleted at any time. For Deletions, simply select the Trash icon, and for editing, simply select the field you are interested in.

After at least 1 parking lot item is added, you will be able to Search and Filter your items by Responsibility, or by Description.

You can also download your Parking Lot to a CSV file by selecting the download icon highlighted below.
