Road Ninja offers a simple, subscription-only model to help companies recruit or hire skilled drivers permanently or on a job-by-job basis. Our platform is designed to provide you with unlimited access to qualified drivers, without any hidden fees or commissions.
Subscription Plans
Road Ninja provides three subscription plans to fit different business needs. All plans offer the same level of access to our services, with price variations based on the term commitment.
The subscription charge covers access to the Road Ninja platform and its services. It does not cover payments made to drivers.

Driver Payment Process
Your subscription fee covers access to the Road Ninja platform and services, you still need to pay drivers for the jobs they complete.
Starting & Completing Jobs
At the beginning of each workday, drivers will start their job using the Road Ninja app.
At the end of the workday, drivers will complete their job in the Road Ninja app and submit logbook evidence of their worked hours along with their billable hours.
Submitting Jobs for Review
Once a driver submits a job for review, you will receive an email notification. This email contains a deep link to your Road Ninja account, taking you directly to the job that requires action.
Approving Job Hours & Processing Driver Payments
Upon receiving the notification, you can review the driver's submitted hours and logbook evidence.
After confirming the hours, you can approve the payment for the driver.
All approved payments will be listed under the Payments tab, where you can select and pay them in bulk.
Stripe Fees & GST
Road Ninja automatically calculates your payment, applying the appropriate tax treatment based on the driver's GST or non-GST registered status. This is reflected in your invoice.
Stripe fees are added to the payments made to drivers and calculated at payment checkout. There are no Stripe fee charges for subscription payments.
