Once selecting on the icon in the upper right corner, a list of your completed jobs will appear.

Click on the name of the job you'd like to change. This will open a new screen with an option to 'Update' the job information.

After clicking on the 'Update' button, you can modify the hours for the specific job. To do so, adjust the hours and minutes section by scrolling up or down as shown in the image below. Once you have made the necessary changes, click on the 'Submit' button to save the updates tour billable hours.

Handling Disputed Jobs

Job disputes are a standard, common occurrence and are usually resolved quickly. If you've recently completed a job and the company has opened a dispute, it's usually related to a difference in understanding around how much time has been logged and submitted for payment.

To resolve the dispute, you'll need to either update your logbook photos or adjust your billable hours.

It's important to address the dispute as soon as possible - doing so will ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome, the job is completed successfully, and that there are no delays in getting paid.

To resolve the dispute, open your Road Ninja app and tap on 'My jobs' followed by the icon in the upper right corner.

Next, select the job that is in dispute.

Then, tap on 'Update'

You can now update your billable hours. Remember to click on 'Submit' once you've finished adjusting your hours.

Lastly, be sure to check the 'Chat' section to see if the hiring company has sent any messages regarding any other tasks that require attention.
