Your reputation is your most valuable asset on Road Ninja. Our ratings and reviews system allows drivers and transport companies to share feedback after every completed job, creating a transparent environment built on trust and professional excellence.
For drivers, your public profile showcases your average star rating and written reviews. Transport companies rely heavily on this feedback when deciding which drivers to book. A strong history of positive reviews not only increases your visibility but also maximises your chances of securing high-quality, premium-rate job offers.
Note: To maintain the integrity and transparency of the platform, reviews cannot be changed or deleted once they have been submitted.
How Reviews Work
Your profile displays feedback from two distinct sources:
1. Road Ninja Job Reviews
After you complete a job on the platform, the company you worked for is prompted to leave a rating and review based on your performance. This is a two-way street—you also have the opportunity to rate and review the company to help other drivers understand what to expect.
2. External Reference Reviews
To ensure the highest standard of safety and reliability, all drivers are required to provide prior work history and at least one professional reference. This is mandatory to have your profile fully verified, which is a structural requirement for receiving and accepting job requests on Road Ninja. Reference Reviews are added to your overall profile and help you build credibility and reach a 5-star rating faster. Without at least one verified reference, your profile verification will be stalled, and you will not be eligible for jobs.
All ratings from both sources are averaged to create your Overall Star Score (out of 5).
How to Leave a Review for a Company
Sharing your experience helps keep the platform fair and transparent for everyone.
Open the Road Ninja app and go to the My Jobs tab.
Tap the Completed Jobs link (top right) to see your history.
Select the specific job you wish to review.
Tap Rate & Review.
Select a star rating, write a brief, honest comment about your experience, and tap Submit.
How to Request a Reference Review
If you are new to Road Ninja or want to showcase previous experience, you can invite past employers to review you, even if the work wasn't booked through the app.
This is the fastest way to build trust:
Navigate to your Profile in the app.
Select Job Experience.
Tap the "+" icon to add a new work history entry.
Fill in the job details, then toggle the option "Use this job as a reference" to ON.
Enter your referee's contact details (Name and Email/Phone).
The system will automatically send your referee a direct, secure link to leave you a rating and comment. Once submitted, it appears on your profile.
Note: Your referee’s specific contact details remain private and are not visible to other users on the platform.
Viewing Your Ratings and Feedback
You can track your professional growth and reputation at any time:
Overall Score & Comments: Go to your Profile and tap the Star Icon under your name and photo. This section displays a detailed list of every rating and comment you have received.
Job-Specific History: Navigate to My Jobs > Completed Jobs to review the feedback associated with individual bookings.
