How to cancel your Road Ninja subscription plan

Canceling your Road Ninja subscription is straightforward, but there are a few important conditions to keep in mind to ensure a smooth process.

General Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, all outstanding payments and job bookings must be cleared. If there are any pending jobs or unsettled payments, you won’t be able to proceed with cancellation. You will need to either:

  • Settle all outstanding payments before canceling, or

  • Allow all future jobs to be completed before proceeding with cancellation.

When you attempt to cancel, a pop-up notification will inform you if there are any issues preventing the process.

Important: All cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription term. For example, if you're on a 12-month plan, your cancellation will be effective on the renewal date, as long as all pending payments are settled and there are no future bookings.

Canceling the Basic Subscription Plan

You can cancel your Basic Plan at any time, provided there are no outstanding payments or future job bookings. Your subscription will continue until the end of the paid period, after which it will be terminated.

Canceling the Standard and Enterprise Subscription Plans

For the Standard and Enterprise Plans, the option to cancel will become available one month before your plan renewal date. This option will appear on the My Subscription screen once you’ve completed 11 months of your 12-month plan. You cannot cancel before this point, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled within this timeframe.

Post-Cancellation Payment Policy

When your subscription is set to expire, the system will automatically check your account for any unsettled payments to drivers or future job bookings. If any of the following apply:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the Basic Plan at a rate of $999 per month until all payments and bookings are settled.

  • This charge will continue monthly until all driver payments are made and pending job bookings are completed.
