Understanding billing & renewal for your Road Ninja subscription

This article explains how billing and renewal work for each of Road Ninja’s subscription plans. It’s important to know when your subscription renews, how billing is handled, and what options are available if you need to cancel or downgrade.

Basic Subscription Plan

  • Cost: $999 per month (excluding GST)

  • Billing Frequency: Monthly

  • Renewal: Automatically renews each month.

There is no minimum commitment with the Basic plan, allowing you to cancel at any time. However, cancellations can only be processed if there are no pending payments or future job bookings on your account.

Standard Subscription Plan

  • Cost: $499 per month (excluding GST)

  • Billing Frequency: Monthly over a 12-month contract

  • Renewal: Automatically renews for another 12 months after the initial term.

With the Standard plan, you are billed monthly for a full 12-month period. Your subscription will automatically renew for another 12 months unless you choose to cancel or downgrade before the renewal date.

To cancel or downgrade:

  • You must request it one month before your term ends.

  • The option to cancel or downgrade will be available on your Subscription screen one month prior to your renewal date.

  • Cancellations will only be processed if there are no pending payments or future job bookings.

Enterprise Subscription Plan

  • Cost: $5,489 per year (excluding GST)

  • Billing Frequency: Annually

  • Renewal: Automatically renews for another 12 months after the initial term.

The Enterprise plan is billed once annually. Your subscription will renew automatically for another 12-month period unless you choose to cancel or downgrade before the renewal date.

To cancel or downgrade:

  • The option will appear on your Subscription screen one month before the end of your term.

  • Cancellations can only be processed if there are no pending payments or future job bookings.
