Easily track and submit your hours on the go! Roll Credits now offers a mobile-optimized timesheet experience designed specifically for smartphones and tablets — no extra setup required.


🔍 Overview

The mobile timesheet interface automatically activates when accessed from a mobile device. It provides:

  • A clean, touch-friendly design

  • Smooth day-by-day navigation

  • Full functionality from any mobile browser

  • Real-time calculations and sync with your account


🚀 Accessing the Mobile Timesheet

No downloads. No setup.

To get started:

  1. Log in to RollCredits on your phone or tablet

  2. Navigate to the Payroll section

  3. Select your current week’s timesheet

  4. The mobile view loads automatically


📅 Navigating Between Days

  • Days of the week are shown as tabs (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed)

  • The current day is underlined in blue

  • Each tab shows total hours worked for that day

  • Tap a tab to view and edit time entries for that specific day


⏱️ Entering Time

For each day, you'll enter:

  • Call Time – When your shift starts

  • Meal 1 – First meal break (Out & In)

  • Meal 2 – Second meal break, if applicable (Out & In)

  • Wrap Time – When your shift ends

Time Entry Options:

  • Manual Entry – Tap the field and type in the time

  • Stopwatch Icon – Tap to auto-fill the current time


📊 Viewing Daily Calculations

Roll Credits calculates everything in real time. Below each day's entry, you’ll see:

  • Regular hours

  • Overtime (1.5x, 2x, etc.)

  • Estimated daily pay

  • Meal penalties, if applicable

All updates reflect instantly as you adjust your time entries.


💰 Additional Compensations

Taxable Compensations

Add any extra earnings under this section, such as:

  • Kit rentals

  • Mileage

  • Per diems

  • Other taxable reimbursements

📌 You’ll receive a 1099-MISC at year-end for any taxable compensations.

Non-Taxable Compensations

This section is for reimbursable expenses not subject to tax, like:

  • Gas receipts

  • Parking fees

  • Non-taxable stipends


📤 Submitting Your Timesheet

Once all days are complete:

  1. Review entries for each day

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  3. Tap “Submit Timesheet”

Your timesheet will be sent to your manager for approval.

There’s no separate app — but the mobile-optimized timesheet interface launches automatically when you log in to Roll Credits on a smartphone or tablet.


2. How do I access my timesheet from my phone?

  1. Open your mobile browser

  2. Log in and go to the Payroll section

  3. Select your current week’s timesheet

  4. The mobile version loads automatically


3. How do I switch between days in the mobile view?

At the top of the screen, you’ll see tabs for each day of the week:

  • Tap any tab (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed) to view/edit that day’s time

4. What time fields can I enter in the mobile timesheet?

You can record the following:
