🏢 How do I set up a company in RollCredits?

To get started with setting up your company in RollCredits, just send an email to help@rollcredits.io with the following:

  • Your official company name (please include the full legal entity type, like LLC, Inc., etc.)

Once we receive your info, we’ll get your company formally set up in the system!

📋 What information is required to set up a company?

Here’s what we’ll need:

Company Information

  • Business address

  • EIN (Employer Identification Number)

  • Company founding date

Control Person Information

  • Full name

  • Residential address

  • Last 4 digits of SSN

👤 What is a control person, and why is this required?

A control person is someone who has significant authority or ownership over the company. This is required for legal and compliance purposes — especially when financial tools like P-Cards are involved.

A control person can be:

  • The owner or founder

  • A managing partner

  • A C-suite executive (e.g., CEO, CFO)

  • A board member or director

They must have significant managerial control over the company.

Required Control Person Info:

  • Full name

  • Residential address

  • Last 4 digits of SSN

Note: This is used strictly for compliance purposes — no credit checks will be run.

👥 Can someone else complete the company setup for me?

Yes! You can absolutely have a team member fill out the company onboarding details — as long as they have all the required information listed above.

Our team can also assist directly if you'd like us to take care of it for you.

Just let us know at help@rollcredits.io — we’re happy to help!

🔐 Why do you need my SSN for P-Card onboarding and verification?

Great question! When setting up P-Card accounts, financial institutions require the Social Security Number (SSN) of a designated “control person” as part of standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

These federal rules help verify the identity of the person responsible for overseeing the account.

  • The Tax Identification Number (TIN) is used to verify the business entity.

  • The SSN confirms the identity of the individual representing the company.

Important: We do not run credit checks with your SSN. Your SSN is used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes — nothing more.

📁 Will I still have access to my project after it wraps?

Yes — 100%! Once your project is wrapped, it stays safely stored in your RollCredits account. You can access it anytime, even months or years later.

Projects are saved permanently unless you specifically request to have them deleted.
