RollCredits provides a streamlined payroll onboarding process that's easy to setup for both union and non-union projects
π¬ Payroll Setup Guide
To get started you will need to have a SuperAdmin or Manager role assigned to your email address and navigate to this link app.rollcredits.io/payroll/onboarding
1. From the left menu extend the Payroll section and select Setup
2. Select the Setup Payroll tab to get started
It's necessary to complete this step before onboarding employees
Once SAG-AFTRA is selected you will be prompted to enter specific details regarding your agreement type
3. Click on the Documents tab next to upload for your paymaster to review
4. Click on the Work Locations tab to add as many work locations needed for your project
5. Click on Payroll from the left menu again and navigate to the Start work submenu
You will select create document to upload Crew Deal Memos, State Forms, and any other required documentation for the onboarding process. Once you've uploaded the file, be sure to select create template at the bottom of the page.
π§Ύ Editing Forms
Once your forms have been uploaded, your templates will need to be tagged with the correct fields for onboarding information to automatically populate. During this process you can save your template as a draft until you're ready to publish it.
5A. Select Add Fields and then the wand icon below it to get started.
From the options on the right, select the corresponding label needed and place your cursor on the form to create fields with each label. You can additionally select the signature icon, text icon or check box icon (to the right of the wand icon) for more options. Press save when changes are completed.
5B. You can make additional changes and download your forms by clicking on the ellipses (...) to the right of each row. If you select edit, you will be able to publish your forms for employees to see while onboarding.
6. Reselect the Payroll drop-down from the left and select Setup again. Click on the Employees tab and press the Add Employees button.
