RotoWire is always open to user feedback, especially when it comes to new tools, stats or areas of coverage. To submit a request, e-mail support@rotowire.com to reach one of our support representatives. An agent will point you to the tool if it exists, show you potential alternatives and ultimately log the request.
New feature requests are prioritized based on feasibility of implementation and frequency a particular feature is requested. We sadly cannot honor every feature request, but will do our best to reasonably implement the most commonly suggested tools. Every request does get reviewed by a key decision maker, so even if we cannot implement it, your feedback has certainly not fallen on deaf ears.
Note that when adding specific sites for MyLeagues or support for new DFS or pick'em sites, we are often limited by the amount and type of data a given site makes accessible to us. Sometimes, other sites simply won't play ball, or the data is too unreliable or inconsistent. We do our best to accommodate the most popular sites, but if one isn't offered, there's often a reason for it.
With some types of stats -- notable examples include some Statcast MLB data and strokes-gained PGA data -- the league itself keeps its proprietary data on a tight lockdown and doesn't make it available for syndication.
Adding stats to our preseason draft tools is unfortunately a complex process that often requires our rankings formula to be re-worked for every league size and type, in addition a manual projection needing to be generated for the entire player pool. We believe we have added all of the most common scoring categories for the major sports, but for these reasons, new category additions are limited to only the most frequent requests. Still, we encourage users to let their voices be heard and submit category requests to support@rotowire.com for consideration any time they believe a major category is not represented.
