Use the settings

You can find the settings in the user menu of RFH Insights. You can find this by clicking on your name on the 3 dots at the top right, and then going to Settings.

On the first page of the settings, you will find general settings, and specific settings for certain components within RFH Insights.

For example, if you do not want to see the total number of pieces for lots, but the number of pieces by unit, then use this option.

Other settings that you can find here:

  • Adjustments to the subscription (main user only)

  • Adjusting users of RFH Insights for the organization (main user only)

  • Settings for export

  • Setting API key for notifications

How to use the filter effectively

It is best to use a filter as sparingly as possible. Checking everything for a filter group is not useful, then it is better to leave everything empty. This will make the report or your overview faster.

Suppose you auction at 3 locations, you only need to set a filter on 1 or 2 locations, if you want to see the data of those 1 or 2 locations separately. The same applies to all other filter options.

Create a shortcut on your smartphone

On your smartphone you can also create a shortcut on your own desktop, so that Insights works almost in the same way as an App that you install yourself from Google Play on the Apple Store.

See this link how you can set this up on both an iPhone and Android smartphone.

Create your own dashboard

You can arrange the information that is shown on the dashboard to your own taste. You can reduce or enlarge each block shown, depending on whether you find the block useful or not. You can reduce it by clicking on the minus sign, and enlarge it via the plus sign.

You can also adjust the order in which they are shown. Using the navigation buttons next to the plus or minus, you can move a block from position to up or down.

Insight into purchase orders

Both on the dashboard and in a number of reports in the Statistics section, an overview can be made of your purchase orders, which are settled via the grower/grower arrangement via Royal FloraHolland.

For example, you can use this to see who you purchase from per product group, or to add up your purchases and sales for a balanced cultivation registration report.

In order to use available purchase orders, it is necessary to enable this in the user settings.
