1. You will receive an email notifying you that your profile has been activated.
2. Set up and sync your calendar. To successfully complete this step, you must accept all permissions for your calendar. Don't worry, no one will be able to see the title and description of your events. Remember that they will not be visible to patients until you set up your calendar.
3. Set your work hours and configure your vacation time if you have any planned.
4. Remember to activate the "Accept clients today" option here if you wish to accept clients with less than 24 hours' notice. Configure your work hours on the platform.
5. Both you and your patients can schedule (minimum 24 hours' notice) and reschedule sessions. Remember that the therapist is not obligated to accept a rescheduling request with less than 24 hours' notice from the patient. If the therapist does, changes requested with less than 24 hours' notice must be communicated to support, and support will make the appropriate changes.
6. Respond to chats (VERY IMPORTANT)
Respond quickly to patient messages.
If you don't respond within 15 minutes, an automated message will be sent, which you must customize.
If the patient doesn't respond, send a follow-up message within 24 to 48 hours.
That is, please send three messages (including the automated one) within the first 72 hours after creating the chat if the patient doesn't respond to the first or second message.
7. Review metrics and visibility. Review and analyze your profile metrics:
How many people visit your profile.
Of all the chats patients open with you, how many end up booking a first session?
And how many sessions, on average, your patients have with you. All indicators are calculated automatically and updated daily.
Practical examples:
A) If your profile doesn't receive many visits: Review your profile photo and session price (the latter should be proportional to your years of experience and aligned with the platform average).
B) If many clients visit your profile but few write to you, review your video (very important) and description: they may not be conveying enough confidence or clarity.
C) If several write to you but few book, you should probably improve your chat communication: respond quickly, be empathetic, and flexible.
D) If patients book the first session but don't continue, review the follow-up, the therapeutic alliance, and your tools between sessions.
When one or more metrics drop, you will receive a notification. If the low activity persists, the platform may take measures, including temporarily or permanently deactivating the profile.
8. Maintain activity on the platform. As mentioned above, if low activity persists, the platform may take measures, including deactivating the profile.
9. Contact support. If you have questions or need help, contact support via chat.
