If you cancel later, the session will be considered held and you won't be able to get a refund. The platform Terms and Conditions state that you cannot cancel or reschedule a session at a shorter notice, as the therapist has already freed up this time for you and planned their schedule.

You can also add the money to your balance instead of the refund to use later. This option can also be requested via the option above.
