Below we will explain how you can find and make an appointment with a therapist on our platform.
Choose a specialist: check the profiles of the therapists recommended after completing the questionnaire. Pay attention to the profile description and feedback from other clients.
2. Make an appointment: Once you've chosen the specialist you want to start the therapy with, you have several options for booking.
a. Book a session: Select a time slot that is convenient for you and pay for the session, thereby booking the time for yourself and confirming that you will definitely attend the session.
After payment, you will have a chat with a specialist, where you will see all the necessary information about future session. And you will also be able to write to the specialist directly if you have any questions.
b. Write: You can contact the therapist and ask any questions (like if they work with your request or have time slots at some specific time) before booking a session if you don't have enough information on the therapist's page to make this important decision.
When you are ready, you will be able to book a convenient time for a session right in the chat with your therapist. You can find your therapist in My therapists section or use Book option in the to right corner to book the session:
Please note that on our platform, you can book a session only 24 hours before it so that our specialists have enough time to prepare.
You can personally agree on a session time with a therapist less than 24 hours before it via chat in your account and your therapist will book the time slot for your to pay.
The date and time of your future sessions will be displayed in the chat with your therapist. In the same message, you will find a link to the meeting, where a specialist will be waiting for you at the specified time.
