You can cancel a session no later than 24 hours before it.
If you cancel later, the session will be considered held and you won't be able to get a refund. The platform Terms and Conditions state that you cannot cancel or reschedule a session at a shorter notice, as the therapist has already freed up this time for you and planned their schedule.
If you cancel the session 24 hours before the appointment due to force majeure, you must notify your therapist about that and reschedule the session. The therapist may decide whether to reschedule the session free of charge.
How do I cancel a session?
To cancel a booked session, you need to contact your therapist in the chat and notify about the cancellation. After that you should contact us in chat, so that we can mark your session as canceled. As soon as we do this, you will receive an email about that and an automatic message will be sent to the chat with your therapist.
If you can get a refund, you can leave a request in the Support chat using I am a client - Cancel/reschedule the session or Request a refund options.
You can also add the money to your balance instead of the refund to use later. This option can also be requested via the options above.
