How to reschedule the session

You can reschedule a session no later than 24 hours before it.

If you reschedule later, the session will be considered held and you will need to re-book and pay for the next session again. The platform Terms and Conditions state that you cannot cancel or reschedule a session at a shorter notice, as the therapist has already freed up this time for you and planned their schedule.

If the rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment due to force majeure, you must notify your therapist about that. The therapist may decide whether to reschedule the session free of charge.

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

To reschedule a booked session, you need to contact your therapist in the chat and agree on more convenient time. The therapist or you should notify us of the rescheduling so that we can change the session date in our system.

Currently, in order to cancel/reschedule the session, you (or the therapist) need to contact our support to notify about that. In the future, you will be able to reschedule a session in the system on your own, this feature is being developed.

After we reschedule the session in out system, you will receive an email about that and also an automatic message about that will be sent to the chat.
