The base plan does not have coverage for scuba diving or cave diving. However, the Adventure Sports Add-on has some coverage for scuba diving and cave diving. You must be diving with a PADI/ NAUI/ SSI/ BSAC certified instructor in order to be eligible. Learn more about the Adventure sports add-on here. Please note there is a $100,000 lifetime maximum.
*Freediving is not covered by the base plan or the Adventure Sports add-on.
Please note that the Nomad Insurance Essential plan does not include search & rescue or transportation from a dive site to a medical facility.
