Nomad Insurance Complete is a 12-month plan. If your situation changes, you can request cancellation. What happens next depends on when you cancel.
Cancelling Before Coverage Starts or Within the First 15 Days
If you cancel the Nomad Insurance Complete plan:
Before your coverage start date, or
Within the first 15 days of coverage
There is no cancellation penalty.
After approval:
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
The refund is sent to your original payment method
Cancelling After the First 15 Days
If you cancel the Nomad Insurance Complete plan after the first 15 days of coverage:
You may receive a partial refund depending on the plan you have
All cancellation requests go through a short review (usually up to 5 business days)
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Cancellations and refunds are processed and issued according to the policy terms.

Change of employment
Relocation outside of the 175+ countries of coverage
Change in relationship status
