Here you can manage email template for notification, sending quotes and sending marketing email campaigns.

The email templates categorised under External quote notifications are intended for customer communication. Five such templates are available:

  1. A notification to the customer requesting quote approval.

  2. A notification to the additional contact for quote approval.

  3. A notification to the customer when a quote is retracted.

  4. A notification to the customer when a quote is about to expire.

  5. A notification to the customer confirming that an order has been submitted.

Each of these templates can be customised to fit your unique communication style. To modify a template, select it and edit its content. The changes you make are reflected in real-time in the preview section on the right side of the screen.

Dynamic fields can be used to personalise your messages with relevant information like customer company and contact details, your company information, and quote-specific data.
