To import the roles in Autotask to Salesbuildr so they can be used in quotes, following these steps.

Roles can be imported into a subcategory. You can use an existing subcategory or choose to create a new category. Remember to whitelist your category if you want to hide it from your storefront.

Navigating to Admin, Autotask, Product import and select the category where you want your roles to appear. Then click import roles and select the roles you want to import.

Next, navigate to the product tab in your dashboard and filter on type labour so view all imported roles.

You can now edit the role like a regular product or service and choose how you want them to appear on quotes by setting the name, description, cost and price.

You can now insert the role into any quote in the same way as adding a product or service.
