Employees need to be assigned to a specific work location so that records accurately show where staff are based for payroll, staff budgeting and rostering. This ensures roles, contracts and compliance requirements are linked to the correct site or department. It also supports scheduling, reporting and maintaining accurate workforce data. Assigning an Employee’s Work Location
From the Dashboard, click on Employees in the left-hand column.
Choose the employee’s name to open their profile.
Click the Edit button next to Pay Details.
Choose the new primary location from the corresponding drop-down menu.
The employee’s wages will appear in this venue’s chart of accounts.
Add any Sub Locations where the employee may occasionally work.
You can also edit any other pay details from this screen.
Click Sync Data to save.
