Viewing and completing assigned induction and training courses allows you to work through required learning modules in the correct order and track your progress. From notifications or the Inductions & Training section, you can access videos, complete quizzes and move through each module until all requirements are finished. Completing assigned courses ensures training records are up to date and that onboarding or ongoing learning obligations are met. This guide explains how to view and complete assigned induction and training courses.

Viewing and Completing Assigned Induction and Training Courses
You will be notified in the app when new induction or training modules are assigned to you.
New course requirements appear in your notifications list.
Tap the relevant notification.
Your completed and incomplete modules are shown in sequence.
Tap the play button on any video to watch it.
For completed quizzes, a green tick appears to the left of the correct answer.
Your quiz attempt results are displayed below.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Next course.
Continue until you reach a module you have not yet attempted.
If no attempt results are shown, this indicates an outstanding training requirement.
Select your answer from the multiple-choice options.
Continue selecting answers until you choose the correct one.
Once correct, move to the next question.
Tap Next course to proceed to the next module.
Repeat this process until all modules are complete.
You can also access training modules via Account in the bottom right.
Tap the arrow next to Inductions & Training.
View and complete modules as outlined above.
